The thirteen Afflicted
Thirteen Afflicted, each with one distinct disorder and one unique Afflicted Power. The developers have published the names Lyle, Lena, Eirys, Fayse, Raze, Silas, Cotari, Hyper, Elian, Kizuna, Alice and The Proxy; the game introduces them on Divine Seeds patient-file cards.

Thirteen people, one disorder each, one power each. That is the cast of Psycho-Sleuth, and it is a deliberately awkward number: too many to memorise in the first hour, few enough that every single one of them matters by the end. The game knows this, which is why it introduces them on numbered patient-file cards rather than throwing them at you in a opening scene.
The number, and why it is thirteen
The store text is specific: thirteen individuals known as "Afflicted Ones" are summoned, each burdened with a rare cognitive disorder, and each disorder spreads its warped perception to the people around them. The developers repeat the number in their own announcements — thirteen Pathosyncs, one trial, no room for error.
Thirteen is a load-bearing number for the mystery. It is large enough that you cannot hold everyone's alibi in your head, and small enough that the killer is definitely in the room. It also means the cast doubles as the suspect pool, the witness list and the victim pool at once.
The names that have been published
The developers published a name list in their official fan-creation announcement on 5 November 2026, as examples of characters fans could draw. That makes these names officially confirmed, which is a higher bar than a review or a wiki.
| Name | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Lyle | Fan-event name list; the dialogue box in official screenshots |
| Lena | Fan-event name list; named in dialogue in an official screenshot |
| Eirys | Fan-event name list |
| Fayse | Fan-event name list |
| Raze | Fan-event name list |
| Silas | Fan-event name list |
| Cotari | Fan-event name list |
| Hyper | Fan-event name list; introduced on a Divine Seeds card in the trailer |
| Elian | Fan-event name list; introduced on a Divine Seeds card in the trailer |
| Kizuna | Fan-event name list; appears in official screenshot text |
| Alice | Fan-event name list |
| The Proxy | Fan-event name list — a role name rather than a personal one |
| Believers | Listed as a group alongside the names, not a single character |
Twelve named individuals plus "Believers" as a collective term. The announcement hedges with "include, but are not limited to", so the list is a sample of the cast rather than a full roster — which is why this page does not claim to have all thirteen.
How the game introduces them
Two presentation devices do the work.
Divine Seeds patient-file cards. The trailer introduces characters on cards styled as a Logic Church broadcast — a patient file with a number, a name and a condition, plus a voice actor credit. It is the same archive framing the whole game uses: the Afflicted are documented, catalogued and filed by the institution that is about to kill them.
The Pathosync Disorder Profile. In-game, opening a profile panel shows the character's condition laid out as a dossier entry over the scene. You are not told the disorder in dialogue; you are shown the file.
Both devices are doing narrative work beyond convenience. A game that hands you a file on each suspect is telling you that someone else has already decided what is wrong with these people — and that the file might be part of the trap.
What is not published
There is no official chart pairing each of the thirteen with a specific disorder, and this site will not build one by inference. The four disorders named in the store text — OCD, spatial neglect, prosopagnosia and alien limb syndrome — are described as examples of what the Afflicted carry, not as assigned to named characters.
That gap is deliberate on the developers' part, and it is also the most likely place for a wiki to go wrong. A guessed pairing is indistinguishable from a real one once it is written down, and it would poison every debate page on a site like this. If the pairing is published later, it will be added here with a source.
How to keep thirteen people straight
Three practical habits, from the systems rather than from the story:
Track the disorder, not the face. You do not need to remember that Cotari has a specific condition; you need to remember what each condition does to a room. There are four named types and a handful of others, which is a much smaller set than thirteen people.
Use the profile panel. It exists so you do not have to hold the file in your head. Opening it mid-investigation costs nothing.
Expect the cast to rotate. With one murder per chapter across five chapters, the person you are arguing with in Chapter 2 is not necessarily the person you will be arguing with in Chapter 4. The chapter structure file explains why that shape suits a mystery.
The voices
Every one of the thirteen main characters is voiced, in Japanese only, with more than 10,000 lines recorded across the cast. The trailer cards credit individual voice actors per character — Wada Kyosuke and Okiebisu Reina appear on the Divine Seeds cards shown in the official trailer — which is a level of casting detail unusual for an indie visual novel.
If you are playing in English, you will be reading subtitles over Japanese performance for the whole game. The languages file covers what that means in practice.
Names were taken from the official fan-creation announcement of 5 November 2026 and cross-checked against the dialogue and card text visible in official Steam screenshots and the official trailer. Character-to-disorder pairings are not published and are not guessed here. Checked 6 November 2026.
