Corrections, additions and takedown requests all go to the same address:

[email protected]

This is a one-person site, so replies come when they come — usually within a couple of days. There is no support desk and no ticket number.

What to send

To make a correction land quickly, include three things:

IncludeWhy
The page addressThere are twenty-six guides; "the price page" is not enough
The exact sentence or numberSo the wrong text can be found and replaced
A sourceA Steam page quote, an announcement link, or a screenshot of the in-game text

A correction with a source usually gets made the same day. Without one, it has to be verified first, which takes longer.

What this site cannot help with

Bug reports. The site is not the developer. Send game bugs to [email protected], which is the support address on the Steam store page, or post in the Steam discussion hub where the developers have been responding. The known issues page collects what players have reported, but it is not a channel to the studio.

Purchase problems. Refunds, missing keys, region pricing and payment issues are Steam support or the storefront you bought from. Nothing about a purchase passes through this site.

Story questions. If you are asking who did it, the answer is not published here — not because it is secret, but because a mystery site that answers that question is not worth reading.

Review copies or press access. There is no press operation here.

Takedowns

If you are a rights holder and something on this site should not be here, write to the address above with the page address and what needs to change. The site uses official promotional imagery under the assumption that fan coverage of a game may show the game; if a specific asset is a problem, it will be removed or replaced.

Suggestions

Pages that would genuinely help are welcome as suggestions. The site's rule is one page per question a player actually asks, so the most useful suggestion is phrased as a question: "what does the colour alternatives setting actually change", not "more content please".

The guides index lists what is already covered, which is the fastest way to see whether your question has a page.

About the email

[email protected] is the only contact address for this site. Anything claiming to be from this site from a different address is not.

What a good bug report looks like

The site collects player-reported issues, and the reports that get added are the ones with detail. If you are sending one, include the chapter, what you were doing, whether a reload changed anything, and whether you are on keyboard, pad or Deck. A report that says "it froze" cannot be verified; a report that says "froze on the second statement of the first argument in Chapter 1, reloading the autosave reproduced it" can.

Reports are added to the known issues page with the date, and marked as player reports rather than studio statements. If the developers later patch the issue, the entry is updated rather than deleted, because a page that quietly drops its mistakes is not worth trusting.

Response times, honestly

This is one person reading an inbox between other work. Corrections to a wrong number usually go up the same day. Suggestions for new pages take longer, because a new page means sourcing it properly rather than writing a paragraph.

If you have sent something and heard nothing for a week, send it again — the inbox is not a ticketing system and things do get buried.

What this site covers, and what it does not

It covers one game, on one platform, in one language. Inside that boundary it tries to be complete for the first fortnight of a launch: price and editions, the trial system, the cast as far as the developers have published it, achievements and their unlock rates, specs, settings, Deck status, known bugs, press reception, the streaming rules and the fan event.

It does not cover the story past Chapter 1, and that is a decision rather than an omission. It also does not cover the STOVE release, the Japanese-language community's own guides, or any mod. If the game gets a patch that changes a number, the page with that number is the one that gets updated — not a changelog page nobody reads.

How suggestions are handled

A suggestion that names a question gets added to a list and, if two or three people ask the same thing, becomes a page. A suggestion that says "add more content" cannot be acted on, because there is no way to tell which content is missing.

The most useful suggestion format is one line: the question, and where you looked for the answer before giving up. That second half is the part that turns a suggestion into a page, because it shows what the search looks like from the outside.

If you are a developer or publisher

Corrections from the studio are applied immediately and without argument, including removals. The site uses official promotional imagery under the assumption that fan coverage of a game may show the game; if any specific asset is a problem, say which one and it goes.

The site is not monetised by the developers, carries no sponsored content, and has no relationship with PHOSEPO, Thermite Games or Smilegate beyond writing about their game.
